The essence of a tradition
In the Ex-Sherry process of restoration, we try to keep each casks in its most original state and replace parts that are extracted from others similar casks in order not to alter the original conditions.
We use 100% handmade, natural and environmentally friendly processes for the casks, so this keeps intact the interior of the casks. Our products are highly required for reuse in the maturation of the best whiskeys and rums given their traditionality and quality.
