OUR FACILITIES

More than 10,000 square meters available

Southern Casks has its cooperage and winery in the town of El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, in the South of Spain. We have 10,000 square meters of facilities that allow us to organize our production in a clean and efficient way, as well as the development of the sherry wines from Jerez or the storage of casks.

In addition to the large workshop that our team has for the restoration of ex-sherry casks and the manufacture of new ones in an artisanal way.

We keep the essence in each cask

Our master coopers work in a large workshop where they have all the necessary tools and state-of-the-art machinery to carry out their artisan work of repairing ex-sherry and making new boots.

Wrapping & Storage Area

Where the essence of the most prestigious Sherry wines is preserved

The client can select the wine which he wants to fill their casks and we will keep them stored for the time that they require, according to their specifications.
